Flexible Schedules

Complete some coursework online, then put your knowledge to work with hands-on experience in our student-run salon. Our program takes you step-by-step, helping you learn the fundamentals and build a solid foundation in beauty principles before moving on to interactive learning. You’ll polish your skills under the supervision of licensed professionals as you move from working on mannequins to working with real clients.

Hairdressing & Cosmetology FAQ
We offer flexible course scheduling, so students can opt to attend courses as little as 12 hours a week or as many as 31.25 hours per week. Day and evening courses are available so you can work your training around your schedule. You can discuss all of your scheduling options with an admissions advisor.
This program is best for anyone who wants to become a licensed beauty professional in New York. It covers many technical beauty skills, including nail tech, skin care, hair coloring, styling, and more. If you want a comprehensive education in beauty that prepares you to sit for the New York State Board Exam, this could be a good option for you.
Yes! Our student-run salon offers hair, skincare, and nail care services at great prices. Not only do you get great services at more affordable prices, but you also help aspiring beauty experts refine their technical and customer service skills. All services are performed under the supervision of licensed professionals.
